It would have
been easy to just have given up....
She however,
decided that giving up was not an option, she would not allow her life to be
ruined by another's foolish whim whether that fool was her father or not. No
alliance would be gotten at her expense, she had seen the lives of her
sister's traded for land, for alliances that were "needed" to line her
father's greedy pockets.
It would not
be her.
So with her
skills, two guards and a broken down wagon she left the frigid, barren lands
of the North and headed South.
South... where
it was warm, where her choices were her own to make and her life her own to
live. She had but a small pouch of coin, loyal guards and
determination....What more could any woman need?
A job.

She answered
ads placed in the scrolls, interviewed with Administrators and Ubars,
hoping to find a position that would support her. Hearing of the
possibility for employment, she sent off a scroll and it was returned~
She found herself in Woodhaven.
The Vosk city was in need of someone just
like her he had said, and with that she was hired. There was much to do
and already she could see the Adminnistrator was a precise man, exacting in his preferences.
The city was going to thrive once more and she was going to be a part of it.
Endlessly they worked.
At times it seemed an overwhelming task, but soon it became like a challenge
to see it thru.
She was not about to step away from that challenge.
