The Administration of the GC shall be by a High Council
The High Council (HC) will be
comprised of annually elected 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th Chairs, 5th, 6th, 7th, Alternates and Representatives
Caste Scribe will be appointed by the En'Chair
*Note: All High Council member records, rosters, mail strings, documents, scrolls, etc are the property of the RGCP. If a High Council member leaves their office for any reason, all these items are to be sent in to the other High Council members immediately. In the event a High Council member is unable or unwilling to perform their duties for a period of two mun months, their Chair may be vacated by High Council vote and another Caste member may be appointed by the En Chair to fill the vacant position until election time.

First Chair ~ Klan Karrigan
* Recognized head of the Green Caste
* Full power and responsibility to represent the GC in all matters
* Delegates tasks to other caste members
* May establish committees or advisory councils as needed
* Writes, revises, and proposes guideline/structure changes to High Council
* Runs all High Council meetings
* Responsible for calling High Council meetings
* Responsible for overseeing GC High Council operations/functions
Second Chair ~ Miska Cina
* In the absence of First Chair, performs all duties of First Chair
* In case of extended absence of First Chair [more than two mun months], the Second Chair may assume the position of First Chair until election time
* Writes, revises and proposes guideline/structure changes to High Council
* Serves as liaison to committees as instructed by First Chair
* Responsible for assisting First Chair in all duties
* Responsible for following up with other High Council members to see that new guidelines or projects are completed
* Any other duties as assigned by the First Chair
Third Chair: Director of Applicants ~
Lyra Marcus
* Processes all new applications for RGCP
* Insures that all applicants complete requirements as laid out in GC guidelines on the RGCP scrolls
* Keeps records of all new applicants as they move through process
* Keeps roster of available mentors/log reviewers
* Sends healing logs from applicants to log reviewers and follows up to insure they are reviewed - the results being sent to the applicant and the mentor
* Makes sure that mentors of applicants are RGCP healers on active roster
* Once applicant completes all requirements, Third Chair is responsible for notifying Scribe so applicant can be added to the roster, notifying the High Council of new RGCP registered healer, and notifying all Caste members of new RGCP registered healer
* These training records will be kept [and made available to any High Council member that requests them] for a period of one mun year. Mun information on applicants will not be kept
* The third chair will bring forth any unusual issues/concerns about applicants to the HC meetings for review. No exceptions to the posted RGCP applicant guidelines will be made without approval from the HC
* Any other duties as assigned by the First Chair
Fourth Chair: Surgeon General ~
Khalida Steel
* Oversees and compiles research results from any GC members
* Publishes results of research in the RGCP newsletter
* Responsible for coordinating one annual [mun year] event for all Caste members that gives them opportunities for social and professional interaction [such as a fair or meeting, etc]
* In the event of epidemic, the surgeon general shall co-ordinate with the city Green Caste in establishing containment and treatment
procedures and be responsible for notifying the physicians of the closest cities of the risk to their city
* Any other duties as assigned by the First Chair
Fifth Chair - Mariah D Burroc
* Chairs and presides over the Medical Review Board that hears any cases of malpractice or malfeasance that is brought against any RGCP Caste member
* Reviews any legal documents providing evidence against any Caste member to determine if their is a case to be heard by the Medical Review Board
* Publishes notices to all Caste members the results of any case determined by the Medical Review Board
* Any other duties as assigned by the First Chair
Sixth Chair - Ldy Emilee
* Coordinates continuing education opportunities (seminars, classes, publications, etc) for all Caste members
* Publishes a monthly newsletter for the caste that includes information scrolls about healing as well as: the summary of minutes from the Scribe regarding the latest High Council meeting, news from each of the High Council chairs as available, and news about and for the Caste as appropriate
* Any other duties as assigned by the First Chair
Seventh Chair - Slave Healer Coordinator ~
Lady Aislinn Rae
* Processes applications for slave healers, insures they complete the training as outlined on the RGCP scrolls, and insures proper permission is obtained from their current owners
* Once slave healer is approved, the Seventh Chair sends the slave's name and the owner's name as well as the date certified to the Scribe to post on the appropriate place on the RGCP scrolls
* If a slave healer changes ownership, the Seventh Chair will process any new application and waive training if slave healer already completed it previously - then notify the Scribe of the new/current slave healer information
* The Seventh Chair will assist the En Chair in writing, revising, and proposing any changes to guidelines for slave healers
* The Seventh Chair will keep all pertinent records for a period of one mun year and make them available to any High Council member upon request
* Any other duties as assigned by the First Chair
Scribe ~ Kaen Kolbere, ABCS
Any and all work done by the Caste Scribe will be considered the property of the Caste. The Scribe shall not take any of the scrolls with her/him when he/she leaves, regardless of why he/she leaves - but instead must make arrangements to transfer the possession of any and all scrolls to a member of the High Council or the new Caste Scribe. [This includes, but is not limited to, websites]
The Scribe shall treat ALL information on the Caste scrolls and from/between High Council members as confidential. No information shall be given out expect by the express permission of the High Council or the En Chair of the High Council
The Scribe attends all RGCP High Council meetings and assists with parliamentary procedure by keeping a queue of speakers/questions if necessary. All of the meeting will be logged by the Scribe. A summary of minutes - that includes: the date, the time the meeting is convened and adjourned, attendees of the meeting, topics discussed and votes taken/results [it should not include the actual log or specific discussion] - will be provided to the High Council and to ALL Caste members within five days of the meeting
The Scribe is responsible for writing and delivering announcements of meetings to the High Council as well as a timely reminder on the day of the meeting. The Scribe is responsible for official mailing to all Caste members originating from any of the High Council members
The Scribe keeps records of registrations of all Caste members and their status [active or inactive according to RGCP guidelines]. This information is to be posted on the RGCP scrolls and kept current [website]. The most current mail string should be made available to the High Council members on a regular basis
*Note: On the RGCP scrolls, the date that the healer is admitted to the Caste will appear. This will show [after 90 mun days] that they are eligible to vote in caste elections. If they become "inactive" by deleting or restore/delete, the Caste Scribe will note that they are inactive and the date on the RGCP scrolls as well. After six mun months of remaining inactive, that healer is to be dropped from the RGCP roster by the Scribe. This keeps the RGCP scrolls current and up to date with members. The Caste mail string will reflect these changes as well. *
The Scribe will keep the RGCP scrolls current with any guidelines/structural changes as voted by the High Council. Any changes resulting from voting shall be posted to the scrolls
The Scribe will assist with any other duties as assigned by the En Chair or
the High Council
