The clinic remains open from daybreak until nightfall. In the event of an emergent situation, however it will be opened regardless of the ahn.
 
All persons are entitled to the best possible care, regardless of sex, economic background or station in life.
 
Appointments are not necessary, but could lessen your wait time. They can be made by informing one of the attending healers, or one of the clinic's slaves of the time wished and nature of the appointment.

 
There is always four armed guards that remain outside of the clinic, in the event of trouble or disturbance within the clinic wall do not hesitate to call them for assistance.
 
Healers upon arrival to the clinic should be properly attired and be of a clean appearance, slaves should also maintain cleanliness and immediately change into the distinctive emerald green silk of the clinic at arrival.
 
The clinic is to remain as sterile as possible. Floors are to by mopped with antiseptic-soap mix. All Surfaces including but not limited to sinks tables counters should be cleaned with antiseptic-soap mixture. This should be done immediately following the use of the room and daily if the room has not been used. All linens are to be boiled with soapy water, and allowed dried before use again
.
The cabinets are to be stocked at all times with material pertinent to treating and examining patients. Slaves will do this each morning before the clinic opens and again at the close of the day.

 
The waiting area is to be kept tidy, so it will be viewed as a nice place to wait for an appointment or for a loved one who has an appointment. It should be made sure there is always food and drink available for visitors or patients to the clinic.
One of the attending physicians will make a walk through each morning to make sure all things are done accordingly before arrival of patients.

 
Any medical supply orders should be scrolled and place in the office of the En or Se physician to be handled accordingly.
 
Is Mandatory that all working with a patient should thoroughly wash there hands in the hottest water possible using the antiseptic soap provides at each sink, once hands are washed and dried, immediately place your gloves on. This is for your safety as well as your patients.
 
Once in the exam room, the patients' reason for visit, vital signs, test ordered, physicians impression and action taken will be scrolled down to be added to the patient's medical chart.
All exams including trauma or birth, prescriptions give will be recorded and maintained for all attending or visiting physicians. This is to insure the health of the patient and prevent any mistakes with treatment.

 
All rules are made at the discretion of En' and Se' Physicians, if changed at any time, all staff will be scrolled accordingly.
