The following exceptions apply to
passes:
2. Healers: Healers who are aiding
Citizens are permitted entrance into the
City for the sole purpose of such.
3. Assassins: Only those Assassins of
the "Registered Black Caste Assassins"
and bearing the mark of the black dagger
on their forehead are permitted entrance
to the City without interference. <No
mass hunts>
4. Heralds: Heralds are immune from
interference by any within the City.
Heralds bear a gold slash on the left
temple of their helmet or headgear.
5. Entertainers: Players, Poets,
Musicians and Singers may freely enter
the City. No Player, Musician, Poet or
Singer Caste member may be enslaved
within the city limits as long as they
act according to the guides of their
Caste.
6. Uncollared slaves:
Within the walls of Woodhaven there will
be no uncollared slaves. Uncollared
slaves who enter the City will be given
the choice to accept a City or House
collar, unless a personal collar is
placed, or will be asked to leave.
7. Non-resident children: All wandering
non-resident children will be duly
escorted from Woodhaven, or ignored if
persistent in their presence.
8. PGs: Any Panther girls or Talunas
caught within Woodhaven will
automatically be gifted with a collar if
they enter rooms physically. Just
because the SN is seen in the room does
not mean they are in the room; you must
wait to see if they enter. Exception is
given to Healers when healing who are
granted immunity from such by the
neutrality of their Caste.
9. Wild animals: Kurs and other wild
beasts will not be acknowledged within
the City walls as they would not be
likely to enter such habited areas. Wild
animal pets (i.e., larls and panthers)
will not be welcomed in Woodhaven. <No
talking or rp'ed animals of any sort
permitted.>
10. Mercenaries: At times it will be
deemed necessary to place contracts
between the City of Woodhaven and
reputable Mercenaries. Such may be done
by the Ubar and/or the Military Advisor,
or others with prior approval. Such
Mercenaries will be granted Long-term
Work passes to come and go from the City
as long as the contract is active.
11. Working non-Citizens: A non-Citizen
may be hired for work within the City of
Woodhaven. Such non-Citizen will be
granted a pass to the City to maintain
security standards. The specifics of the
contract work are left to the parties
involved. A non-Citizen may not,
however, own a business within Woodhaven
without first acquiring Citizenship
here.
